In all of my business connections, I assume that mutual respect and trust be important elements in my connection with one other individual. If one or both traits do not exist, then a relationship shouldnt proceed any further.

Therefore, what do you do when you’ve an unpleasant or strange feeling about doing work for somebody, but you cant put your hand onto it? Should you continue the business relationship o-r move ahead?

I really can’t answer these questions for you, but I have discovered that in my own several years of working for or with people that it’s only fine merely to move on. In other words, easily genuinely believe that a business relationship isn’t mutually enjoyable, than it is fine to end it. There are plenty of companies out there and plenty of other projects to work on. The exact same can be said in regards to the other person: if you leave them or they drop you, they will find another person.

For me, you need not have a specific or concrete cause either. For additional information, you should check out: do it yourself plumbing does not work. Sometimes you have a gut reaction to a specific project while other times there may be something in regards to the project that only goes against your principles or just doesnt sit well with you. Regardless of, only end the company relationship and move on.

How you end the connection is up-to you. If you need to keep a door open, showing anyone that you’re busy with other projects is fine. You can tell them specifically why you no longer want to work for this person, if you want to close the door.

In every cases, season your words with kindness, but dont waffle and truly dont tell lies. You cant fear about what others think about you; to do so is really a waste of time and will certainly affect your ability to create new and stable business relationships down the line.
